• Private Lessons: After booking a private lesson, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the date, time, and platform (Zoom, Skype, etc.) for your session. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to avoid any communication issues.

Physical Products

• CDs, Vinyl, and Merchandise: We ship worldwide, offering standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You'll see the final shipping fee before you complete your purchase.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping within the US usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks. Expedited options are available for faster delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Items must be in their original condition. Unfortunately, digital products (including music downloads and private lessons) are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their nature.
