Digital Downloads:Due to the nature of digital content, all sales for digital downloads, including music and exclusive content, are final. We encourage you to preview tracks or samples provided on the website before making a purchase.

Physical Merchandise:If you're not completely in tune with your physical merchandise purchase (CDs, vinyl, T-shirts, etc.), we're here to help! You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:Please contact us at [customer service email] with your order number and reason for the return. We'll guide you through the process and provide details on where to send your return package. Note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Private Lessons

Cancellation by Student:We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel a booked lesson, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund. However, we're happy to reschedule for a more convenient time.

Cancellation by Monika Ryan:On the rare occasion that Monika needs to cancel a lesson, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, whichever you prefer.

Technical Issues:If technical problems on our end prevent a lesson from taking place, you're entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of the return or cancellation confirmation. If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company before reaching out to us.
