Cancellation Policy

Monika Ryan is committed to providing all her students with exceptional care. When a student cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another student from being seen. Please call or email us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday lesson, please call or email by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged the full cost of the missed lesson. Rescheduling a Lesson: If you need to reschedule a lesson, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons can be easily rescheduled based on Monika's availability. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Cancellations within 24 Hours: If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson within 24 hours of its start time, please be aware that you will not be able to cancel or reschedule, and the lesson fee will be charged in full. This policy is in place to ensure that Monika can manage her schedule and offer available slots to other students. No-Shows: Students who do not show up for their scheduled lesson without notifying Monika in advance will be charged the full cost of the missed lesson. Late Arrivals: Lessons start and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the planned time, and you will be charged for the full lesson. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have an emergency, please let us know so we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We may make exceptions to the above policies on a case-by-case basis. By booking a lesson with Monika Ryan, you agree to this cancellation policy.
